[C]-Control Episode 3--Cat's in the Cradle

A slow episode this week as the show builds up some character development by focusing on Kimimaro's father issues and by introducing us to the blond investigator who showed up last week (her name is Jennifer according to MAL). Also, Mikuni has an awesome house.

Thoughts
The introduction of the "organization" seems interesting and I don't remember Mikuni's guild being mentioned before, so I think it's safe to assume that the two are at odds with each other, and probably not just because Mikuni is bringing Midas money into the real world. It'll also be interesting to see if Kimimaro does find a reason to get more money other than hoarding it for himself, as Mikuni put it. Up until this point, Kimimaro has been portrayed as the everyday guy just trying to make a living, but with Mikuni's spin on it, he makes it sound like Kimimaro is some kind of Scrooge. It's still pretty early in the series, and despite the lack of action in this episode, the character development leaves a lot to be explored as the series goes on.
