The first episode made me believe that this would be a show about idol otakus fighting over who could make their chosen idols superstars. Instead, it spent most of its limited screen time showing reused uncanny valley CG and following the one-note idols who are sad that they don’t have time to shake everyone’s hand.
The idol fans were what made this show different, but they hardly showed up at all. As a result, this short is pretty bland and I can’t recommend it even with its short runtime. There are far better choices for idol anime out there.
